The Peyote Pot was designed by Hamilton Morris to do something that other pots don't: accommodate the napiform root of aLophophora. These are handmade by our friend and master ceramicist, Larry, who makes all the pots for the Huntington Gardens xeric conservatory.

Lophophora alberto-vojtechii is a fascinating and cryptic geophytic cactus with a swollen subterranean root, characterized by its distinctively small size. It is by far the littlest lophophora, with adult plants reaching only 2 cm in diameter.
